Processing Time Orders are processed in the order which they are received. I go to the Post Office every Tuesday and Friday, more often during the holiday season. If your order needs to be DELIVERED by a specific date, PLEASE let me know that date in the comments section of the check out form. All of the scented and craft items are individually hand made by me (unless otherwise specified), and while every effort will be made to keep adequate stock on hand, during busy seasons I may run short. If any problems arise in filling or shipping your order you will be notified. Terms All orders are to be prepaid before they are shipped. I accept checks, money orders, Visa & Mastercard. Credit cards are NOT processed online. Your credit card information, if entered online, is simply being posted to our secure server for me to retrieve and process manually. If you would like to use PayPal to pay for your purchase, please email me for the correct PayPal information. Items paid by money order, credit cards or Paypal will ship immediately on my next shipping date of Tuesday or Friday. Items paid by check will NOT ship until your check clears MY bank (approximately 7-10days). Please make sure your check has your home address and phone number in case I have questions about your order. Refunds All of the scented and/or hand-crafted items are NOT returnable. Once a package has left my company, I cannot vouch for the contents; therefore I do NOT accept returns on these items. Please place small, "sample" size orders to try my merchandise, before ordering a large quantity - that way we will BOTH be happy! Retail items such as rugs, tote bags (non-denim) etc., are returnable for store credit, HOWEVER, you must call for a return authorization, AND the shipping & insurance are the buyer's responsibility and WILL NOT be reimbursed. Your store credit MUST be used within 6 months or it WILL expire. Disclaimer All soaps, lotions, bath tea bags, shower gels (any & all of the scented products on this web site) are sold without warranty of any kind. The buyer assumes all responsibility for determining the suitability of all such products for their specific use.
